Executive Chef Rodolfo A. Correa
Rodolfo’s passion for food began at the age of 17 while working at his family’s restaurant in Santiago, Chile. This gave Rodolfo a little taste of the industry, which was all he needed to realize that he truly wanted to pursue a culinary career. Rodolfo’s father is a professional culinarian and Rodolfo decided to follow in his footsteps. Rodolfo attended Atlantic Cape Community College’s Academy of Culinary Arts and graduated at the top of his class as a Gold Medal recipient in 2005.
Rodolfo began his culinary career at Seaview began 13 years ago and during his tenure, Rodolfo has been promoted numerous times, starting as a line cook and eventually becoming the Executive Chef. Rodolfo has traveled to extensively throughout the Dolce portfolio of hotels and resorts to provide culinary assistance in support of many high profile events.
In 2012, Rodolfo was inducted into the Chaine des Rotisseurs as a Chef Rotisseur.
Rodolfo keeps on top of his skills and culinary trends by attending the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in Napa Valley, California on a yearly basis.
